7/11/2013 - More than 75 volunteers from the pilot projects of EU Aid Volunteers coming from 22 countries gathered in Brussels in September 2013 to share their experiences, discuss the lessons learned through the pilot phase of the initiative and chart the ways forward to a fully launched corps of EU volunteers in humanitarian aid. The EU Aid Volunteers initiative is on its way to providing 4000 new opportunities for people to volunteer in humanitarian projects from 2014 to 2020.
