It is very popular in east and south asia, and it has been consumed in china for more than 2000 years. It first came to Europe in 1700. Very nutritious and very versatile as an ingredient.
But today, as you have already guessed, I'm not gonna show you how to cook it (you can check my delicious Tofu Nugget Burger), but I will show you how to make your very own homemade tofu at home! You may be wondering why make tofu at home when you can buy it? The answer is very simple. Because homemade tofu tastes so much better than storebought, and it is also much cheaper! It is a bit time consuming but, to be honest, it is worth each minute you spent on it!
