Spaghetti Meatballs

✔️ Ingredients and Recipe
▪️ Spaghetti - small pack 450g - 500g
▪️ Tomatoes Sauce - 1 jar ( 640ml )
▪️ Ground Beef - 1 lb
▪️ Onion - 1 medium
▪️ Cheese if like

✔️ Cooking Spaghetti
▪️ Water - about 3L
▪️ Spaghetti - 450g
▪️ Salt - 3/4 Tbsp
I added spaghetti in when water is NOT boiling and I set timer 17 minutes
If you add spaghetti in when water boil, cook it between 13-15 mins
Stir few times in between and check between 13-15 minutes to see if you like the texture
Drain water out and garlic oil or not oil 1-2 Tbsp

✔️ Prepare the meatballs
▪️ Lean Ground Beef - 450g
▪️ Diced Onion - 1/2 medium
▪️ Cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Garlic Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
▪️ Salt - 1 Tsp
▪️ Brown Sugar - 1 Tsp
▪️ Baking Soda or Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Water - 3 Tbsp

📌 Cook the meatballs first before add onion and allow meatballs to firm up first before flip them

📌 Pour tomato sauce in when meat is cooked and onion is soft
