In April, a judge ultimately ruled in Scott’s favor, finding him to be a fit parent acting reasonably under extraordinarily difficult circumstances. Today, Scott says his fight is about more than one family — and hopes his case sparks a broader conversation about parental rights, medical accountability, and the limits of government intervention in family life.
