Chicken Nuggets only from chicken breast fillet? Or what I did from leftover chicken meat

Описание: Hello guys! As promised today I will to show you my full recipe of my self-made chicken nuggets. My kid loves nuggets just like all the kids I know and often asks me to buy them for him. But as a person for whom it's really important to know what kind of products are being used in the meal I am going to serve for my family I decided to improvise and make my own ;) Moreover, I had some chicken meat left form the chicken broth over.
So, for this super easy chicken nuggets you will need the following ingredients:
Chicken meat - 250-300 g
cooked carrots 2
salt/pepper
flour 100 g
eggs 2
a pinch of red sweet pepper
frying oil
Mince the meat and the carrots. Add some salt and pepper. Mix very well with your hands. Form little nuggets. Crumb them using flour, eggs (spice it up with a bit of red sweet pepper) and bread crumbs. I crumb the nugets twice. Fry in a hot pan for 4 minutes each side. Serve with homemade fries or rice and salad. Enjoy!
