Aa a reference, I used about 775 grams of dough for the Double Stranded Six Braid Challah & 710 grams of dough for the Double Stranded Five Braid Challah and the remainder of the dough for the Triple Three Strand Braid Challah. If using my receipe, it's roughly 1/3 of the dough for each challah, but using a bit more for the ones with more strands.
