Dear Friends: Here is my transfer of Epic LC 3047, a monaural LP that apparently was issued in 1956 as part of a "Mozart Jubilee Edition." (I uploaded another LP from this series, Hubert Barwahser's recordings of the 2 flute concerti, some time ago.) The estimable Dutch pianist and composer Hans Henkemans plays Mozart's Piano Concerti Nos. 18 and 19, supported by the Vienna Sympony under (not-yet-Sir) John Pritchard. These are robust, imaginatively phrased performances. The recorded sound is a bit too up-close and dry to suit me, but it does not prevent enjoyment of the music.
