The Honduras Tigers Have Begun Sanctuary Life

Watch as the five Honduras tigers step into their new habitats for the very first time. Amir and Guru Tiger were transported to a habitat at the front of the sanctuary, while Amir completes his post-neuter safety period before rejoining the females.

Airah and Deborah Tiger were introduced to the larger habitat at the back of the sanctuary, where they joined Sultan Tiger.

These are the moments we work toward every day. Seeing rescued animals explore natural spaces, experience enrichment, and begin to live life in natural sanctuary is why we do what we do.💛

And we’re not done yet…

We are currently building the largest habitat in Carolina Tiger Rescue history to bring all five tigers back together in one expansive space.
