This is a 40-minute chest blaster built for real strength and serious volume.
Simple structure. Relentless work. No wasted reps.
We’re running an EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) with 5 exercises for 8 total rounds.
Control the tempo, earn your rest, and stay locked in from start to finish.
Workout Structure:
• EMOM format
• 5 exercises
• 8 rounds total
• 40 minutes of work
Exercise Breakdown:
Minute 1: Push-Ups — 10–20 reps
Minute 2: Floor Press (Left) — 8–12 reps
Minute 3: Floor Press (Right) — 8–12 reps
Minute 4: Goblet Floor Press — 10–15 reps
Minute 5: Cobra Push-Ups — 8–12 reps
This is KPL-style training — clean reps, controlled positions, and strength that carries over beyond the gym.
No machines. No shortcuts. Just work.
