3 Different Formulas on the Market?? Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Magic One and Done Styler Review

Описание: About a week ago, Swavy Curly Courtney (   / swavycurlycourtney  ) posted a video talking about Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Magic and how it seemed that the ingredient list had changed (   • UNCLE FUNKY'S DAUGTHER CHANGED THEIR FORMU...  ). A few days later, she posted an update (   • *UPDATE* UNCLE FUNKY'S DAUGTHER CHANGING T...  ) where she explained that she called the company, and they swear the formula is the same as it was, they just updated the ingredients list to better reflect what was always in the product.

I thought that was interesting....

So I went to my closet, knowing I had a sampler bottle and a full sized bottle waiting to be reviewed, and sure enough, they had different ingredients lists. So I set out to discover if it could be determined just from using the products whether or not they were different.

After my second wash, however, while I was applying my styler, I realized the bottle I had was not the newest formula. The only difference between it and the travel sized bottle was water. So I ran out to Target and picked up the newest formula to test for myself.

Disclaimer: I did my best to make every wash day the same. I used the same shampoo and conditioner. I didn't use any other stylers, just the Uncle Funky's Daughter Curly Magic. And I used the same application technique for all three. That being said, there is always room for error.


All products used are Curly Girl Method Approved. Silicone-free, sulfate-free, wax free, paraben free.
