Описание: If you are considering buying the Bungalow at 3 Delce Road, Rochester Kent ME1 2ET you might want to reconsider because if you lose access to the garage which is by means of the neighbours threshold your car will be parked down on the Delce Road and subjected to this vandalism, This video was taken from inside the property from the right hand bay window looking along the Delce Road, Rochester. From the same window I often had a great view of all the anti-social behaviour outside on the steps. This included the drunken thugs shouting and swearing, urinating in my garden, urinating on the footpath and steps, and on one very fine summer evening a bottle fight between gangs of youths which was reported to the police at the time.

Another car I beleive was a Taxi was also damaged in Cecil Road Rochester that night out of view of my camera.

The thug in the black jacket lives in Wickham Street Rochester.
The other two emerged from an alleyway on Jasper Avenue and carried on walking up Weller Avenue. I didn't intervene... WHY.. look at my other videos and see just much support you get from local authorities when you do....!! FECK ALL that's how much..

Safer communities is a joke.. They look after the drunks on Rochester High street with the SOS bus, but dismiss any problems outside the golden "City of Rochester"

Medway Councils licensing, trading standards and its safer communities dept don't know what the other is doing or what issues they have which allows these incidents to continue.

If Cllr Mike O'Brien gets in as Kents Police Commissioner we'll be really in the brown smelly stuff..
