For this trophy, head to "Wetwork" and shoot three separate people whilst underwater.
This is right at the start of the level where you start with just a knife. Once you take out the first enemy, take the silenced pistol and head forward to the other enemies. Get close underwater and shoot them. Remember you don't have to kill them, just shoot them.
