Beginner Step Aerobics Cardio Workout 30 Minutes | Work Out at Home Fitness Training | Quick Workout

Описание: This beginner workout was filmed at 130 bpm if you want to play your own favorite tunes. We'll take 2 planned water breaks to keep you super hydrated and healthy during the workout. Keep moving in place if you don't need water. Let us know what you think of the workout, and what types of workouts you want next!

Workout Description:
This step training workout is designed for beginning steppers. We'll begin with basics, Up-Up-Down-Down, then practice knee lifts facing forward. Next, we'll practice rotational moves by doing knee lifts corner to corner. Then back to basics, knee lifts facing forward, knee lifts traveling corner to corner, then kicks corner to corner. Finally, we'll get back to basics, knee lifts, then leg back. End with a short cool down and stretch.
