I fell from my mountain bike in a blue trail in Amelia Earhart Park

Well, on one of my mountain-biking excursions last week, I tried a couple of blue (intermediate) trails for the first time: the Gold Mines and the Paintball Loop. I'm 61 years old and I only started mountain biking a couple of months ago, so I've always tried only novice trails. My adrenaline asked me to try these trails this time. But I made a couple of mistakes: I tried them when I was already tired. The first attempt at Gold Mines was not as good as I wanted to, so I tried it a second time after a long ride on the green trails. But I managed to beat the tall incline without any issues. The problem came when I tried the first incline at the Paintball Loop. I couldn't reach the top and I fell down on my side. I didn't get hurt, but the fall was ugly.
