The building is located on Barbu Văcărescu Blvd in Bucharest. The tower rises 137 meters high and is, now, officially the tallest building in the country. SkyTower has 37 storeys, including a technical floor. The tower is equipped with 12 elevators, 10 passenger cars and 2 freight ones, and will feature a bar on the 35th and 26th floors. The top floors will also house a conference center. At the same time, SkyTower can accommodate 500 vehicles in its five-level underground parking.
The total investment exceeds 100 million euro and delivery is scheduled for November.
