At 40 years old, this momma proves you're never too old to learn new tricks! After a couple years of watching my daughters do aerial silks, I finally convinced myself to give it a real attempt. My girls would give me "lessons" until I finally took some classes. They make it look easy, but I promise you the simplest things are so exhausting! But after doing it 6 months, here's my first ever routine! Thanks to my girls, GymFit, and Refuge Aerial for getting me to this point.
