Bread and Bean Dip -- Don't Eat "It" Out Of A Box

Ever wonder how to make homemade bread??? Well here’s your chance…
Naan Bread + White Bean Dip Recipe:
Naan Bread:
Ingredients:
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus additional ½ cup flour for rolling and if it’s too wet)
• 2 teaspoons dry yeast
• 1 cup water
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
• Pour 2 ½ cups flour into large mixing bowl
• In separate bowl, mix 2 teaspoons dry yeast and 1 cup of hot water together and let sit for 5 minutes
• Bring back your bowl of flour and add the following:
• Add 2 teaspoons salt on one side of flour
• Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil over salt
• With your hand make a small hole on opposite side of salt to add yeast mixture
• Begin to mix all ingredients together in circular motion
• Once all ingredients are mixed together, take dough out of bowl and begin to knead together on a clean mat with flour so the dough does not stick
• Continue to knead dough for roughly 7 minutes
• After 7 minutes, place dough back in bowl and cover tightly with saran wrap
• Take a marker and outline the size of the ball of dough
• Let rest for 2 hours at room temperature
• After 2 hours, dough should have doubled in size
• When ready, unwrap saran wrap and pour the dough out of bowl back onto mat with flour
• If dough is really sticky, you can add some additional flour to it
• Begin to lightly punch and stretch dough out on mat with flour and being to work it into a square and roll it out with rolling pin (if you have one)
• Cut dough into 9 pieces
• Let rest covered until ready to cook (or store covered in fridge for later use/ dough should be room temp to cook)
Cooking Instructions:
• Add 1 tablespoon of canola or high heat oil into cast iron skillet
• Take your dough and roll it flat
• Place dough into skillet
• Cook 30 seconds on one side, flip for one minute, flip again for another minute
White Bean Dip:
Ingredients:
• 1 can cannellini beans
• 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 cup olive oil
• Can also add roasted or raw garlic clove, cumin, thyme
Directions:
• With a food presser add the following:
• 1 can of cannellini beans
• 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Add 1/8th cup of olive oil
• Mix until texture becomes creamy
• Add pinch of parsley and mix into dip
• After plating, add additional pinch of parsley for decoration
