In this video, I'm showing you a "Full Day of Eating" on a training day, focused on nutrient density, satiety, and cost-efficiency, without compromising flavor. I eat intuitively while focusing especially on getting enough protein, fruits, and vegetables. Additionally, I select my meals based on what we have at home that might need to be used up, and also what I am in the mood for.
A core pillar of this channel is flexible nutrition. You'll see how I hit my protein targets while still including "fun" foods (sweets for me). I don't believe in deprivation. All foods can fit into a healthy or performance-based lifestyle - no foods need to be forbidden (unless you have an allergy or intolerance!).
