✔️ Boneless Bangus (Marinated in salt, pepper, and flour)
✔️ Garlic (Bawang)
✔️ Onion (Sibuyas)
✔️ Ginger (Luya)
✔️ Green Chili (Siling Haba)
✔️ Red Chili (Siling Labuyo)
✔️ Coconut Milk (Gata)
✔️ Salt (Asin)
✔️ Pepper (Paminta)
✔️ Sugar (Asukal)
✔️ Cooking Oil
✔️ Flour
🍽️ Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate bangus with salt, pepper, and flour. Fry until golden brown, then set aside.
2️⃣ In a pan, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
