In this video I highlight a major moment from Steve Holmstrom (Oilpatch Pulpit), where he finally acknowledges the existence of victims connected to the Shawn Bolz scandal and actually calls for people to pray for them.

TIMESTAMP PROOF FROM HIS OWN VIDEO:
At 47:51–48:06 Steve says, “let’s pray for all of those who have been victims,” including “closeup victims,” and also those who feel so jaded they want to walk away from the church and the prophetic movement.

That matters, because for a long time this movement has often centered leaders, platforms, and reputation management, while the victims are minimized or ignored.

MY POSITION:
I regard Steve Holmstrom as a false prophet and false teacher. His version of “prophetic” ministry promotes superstition, omen reading, and unbiblical methods of “hearing God,” including looking for revelation in random objects, numbers, animals, license plates, cloud formations, and even fortune cookies. That is not biblical prophecy, it is divination-like practice dressed up in Christian language.

This is not gossip. This is discernment, accountability, and biblical evaluation of public teachings.
