Sayadaw U Uttara giving speech at commemoration of 88888 in London, UK. Sayadaw U Uttara urges the all the people of Burma to be united working for democratisation of Burma in the name of democracy, humanity and to free Burma.
Sayadaw said that "It has been 22 years since 1988 mass uprising. Compare with the human life, our revolution become the adulthood and should be mature enough for the future. He said that I would encourage all the people to reconsider yourself why we don't achieve our goals yet. We should be open and frank criticising ourselves so as to mend our mistakes from the past. We must find ways to work together to free Burma from military dictatorship. There will be strategy competition in the next program and we are very much looking forward to implement the winning strategy of the competition. I would like to highlight here that we all are working for Burma so that we all must be very mindful not to fall into the attachment of the organisations' names rather than working to free Burma."
