3DR Radio 900 Mhz with SiK V1.9: very slow connection with the Planner

This video show the long time (over two minutes) for connect the APM Planner (latest beta) to the 3DR Radio remote module (900 Mhz, V1 hardware, not boxed) installed on my X8 Skywalker.
The board is Pixhawk V2.4, the distance from the two modules is 10 meters in this test, i've only changed the Net ID and the power.
With SiK V1.7 the connection time is not over 1 minute, but very slow vs the 433 Mhz version (V2 boxed hardware).
After the long connection time i've very good signal in flight (over 95% with the plane at 400 meters from the base) and the refresh on the Planner is in line with the V1.7 SiK firmware.
Tried with two different usb modules and two different remote (always V1 hardware), same issue.
