'Form Follows Function' is a frame to explore our anatomy in motion. We will study movement principles based on biomechanics and functional anatomy in order to expand our ability to flow in motion, fall down & up, roll and jump.We will examine different joints and their limitations and will learn how incorporate the physical forces around us so we can feel supported in any situation.We will work with improvisation tasks and set materials, alone and with a partner.
