Huge steak cooked over a campfire with beers!

Описание: After many beers we cooked a huge 1.5KG ribeye steak on the TJM Metalworks mini fire anchor over a campfire with baked potatoes looking like a Fjallraven model! 😂
Deep in the remote forest of Snowdonia outside our VW Campervan, using an off grid cottage in the forest as a base, you just couldn't choose a better location in winter.
There may be camera focussing issues due to too much beer but we had fun with our drunken antics, thanks to Northern Monk and Peroni.
Reverse sear was the cooking method to render the fat while allowing smoke to penetrate the meat, the beef cooks slowly and then you lower it to sear, cooking hot and fast to give the outer crust a nice bark.
Resting is important as it helps to meat to relax and gives you a chance to enjoy more beer.
