If you want to avoid FWB, the best thing you can possibly do is prevent getting in there in the first place!
It's hard to get out of FWB if you're already there for a few reasons:
You lowered your value
You're in a weaker "negotiation" state
You may be hoping that if you do this things will eventually change
He's in a VERY good position and is going to push back
I tell my clients, "If you agree to casual, you're going to get treated casually." this means if you don't frame that you're looking for a relationship, you're already setting yourself up for failure.
in this video, we are going to talk about ways to prevent FWB and how to get out. You may not always get the results you want and he may pull away but this is the best way for him to respect you, get out of the FWB category, and become high value.
