They say if you weren’t doing what you’re doing now, what would you be doing?
Well… if I weren’t teaching ballet and coaching dancers, I think I’d be in the kitchen wearing an apron that says, "Keep the guys alive." Thanks to an Instagram follower who came up with the tagline!
California is definitely bringing out my inner chef. Maybe it’s the fresh air, maybe it’s the farmers markets on every corner, or maybe I’ve just watched one too many cooking shows after rehearsals!
In this little off-duty moment, I’m trading pliés for pans and pirouettes for pasta (temporarily!). Don’t worry! I’m not changing careers. Ballet will always have my heart... but who says I can’t sauté on the side?
