The Top 20 Worst Animated Series from the '90s part 1

Not only this, but they put adds on a video for content that they don't even own. I won't support such an action, so I removed the old video and reuploaded it. The first part of my list of the worst '90s animated series in my opinion.
Please share your opinion on the shows that you consider the worst.
Many people praise the '90s cartoons, however no decade is perfect. While I do think that in the '90s we had better things on TV, but that is because we had a bigger variety of shows, both from the past and the present (and no boring reality shows plague - at least here in Europe). However no decade is perfect and because of that I'm going to count down the 20 cartoons from the '90s that I consider the worst.

Also I just give my basic opinions about the shows that are featured. If I went into further detail this video would have been to long.
After this countdown I am going to give cartoons a rest and I am going to focus on other things for a while.
