Today we are making the perfect juicy bar wings. Made two ways, dry rub and with a sauce.
Temp 375
25-30 mins each side or when internal temp reaches 190/200
Sauce wings:
Coat in olive oil and lightly sauce.
Once cooked, sauce and put back on the grill for a few minutes
Dry Rub Wings:
Grab a gallon bag and put your favorite seasons in, add corn meal.
Shake and cook!
