This video shows the construction of the Polavaram Hydroelectric Project, a major power generation component of the dam. Situated at the base of the massive spillway, this site will house 12 turbines, each with 80 MW capacity, totaling 960 MW. Once operational, the powerhouse will utilize the vast water flow to produce significant clean, renewable energy for Andhra Pradesh.
