D' Vervain Residence: Centrally located in this RM9bil, 65-acre township with a 10-acre park!

Описание: This is the third residence in this 65-acre crown jewel development. That should be sufficient for those who follow my channel closely, to be able to guess where is this. The total gross development value (GDV) of this development is a cool RM9billion. For this third condo, it's even much nearer to the central park. The swimming pool area overlooks the central area, which in my opinion, will likely play out to be a neighborhood mall at the podium and office towers above it. But for now, it's bare and hence, one is able to see 4 other upcoming phases which are under construction! That's really a lot of upcoming units.

Even though this development has 2 blocks, the facilities space is visible a smaller foot print, making it feel tight, unlike the second residence that I reviewed. So tight, that some of the facilities, such as the playground, posed safety threats. Yes, it isn't safe and I'm sure you would agree with me too.

But overall, it delivers on most fronts. Access into the parking is also better compared to the previous phases. And facing the big parcel which is currently tagged as future development, likely a mall, office and also hotel, makes it very interesting and promising.
