For garlic topping:
45 g. or 3 tbsp + 1 tsp. softened butter
35 g. or 2 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
10 g. or 2 tsp. minced garlic
45 g. or 1 small egg
35 g. or 1/4 c. cake flour
12 g. or 1 1/2 tbsp. almond flour
