Enhancements to the Family Justice Courts' electronic case management system were launched on Oct 2. Divorcees can now submit their proof of maintenance payments online, instead of having to go to court. They will also be able to make fresh applications for maintenance or request
to vary the sums. It is one of the ways the courts is using technology to improve access to justice.
