I personally know some people who are on the waiting list and feel incredibly hopeless and want to kill themselves. Almost half of trans people in Britain have attempted suicide at least once, 84% have thought about it and more than half have been diagnosed with depression at some point.

If there are any parents out there who would like to drop me an email, in relation to blockers I am happy to respond, although I am not trained in endocrinology and would be replying from my own personal experience.
