couscous salad with chicken cordon bleu

RECIPE:
135g couscous
~140ml water
1/2 tsp chicken broth
bring the water incl. the chicken broth to boil, then pour it over the couscous
leave it with lid on top for about 10-15 min, then loosen it with a fork
put the chicken cordon bleu into the air fryer for 10-12 minutes with 180 °C
½ cucumber
1 pepper bell
2 tomatoes
⅓ feta cheese
~20ml vegetable oil
50ml water
½ handful each: salad herbs, basil, parsley
salt, garlic, dill tips, black pepper, turmeric and chilli per taste
cut half cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 pepper bell and ⅓ feta cheese into cubes
mix the vegetables and feta cheese with the oil, the water and the spices
mix salad and couscous
