Post-Burnout is a culture website dedicated to venerating burnt-out artists the world over. Comprised mainly of cultural articles, the majority of our content is contingent upon interviews with artists. This series is the auditory version of some of these interviews, which can either be full-length versions of our written articles or exclusive episodes.
In this edition of POSTBURNOUT.COM Interviews…, we talk with the British music Kav Sandhu of the New York/Los Angeles rock group Blitz Vega. Kav talks about his time in Happy Mondays, how he met the late great Andy Rourke of The Smiths fame and began making music with him, what working with Andy was like, how Blitz Vega differed from other projects that he has worked on, the band’s posthumous debut album “Northern Gentleman,” and much more.
