Environmental Artist Rob Wyland returned to New London to paint a new mural 30 years after he first painted one on Eugene O'Neill Dr. Work on the painting commenced on Friday, March 31, 2023, paused for a rainy Saturday, and then was completed on Sunday, April 2, with a dedication ceremony on Monday, April 3.
