Duke Nukem: Zero Hour - Nuclear Winter

Описание: After going into the future via time machine within the Statue of Liberty base, Duke has made a shocking discovery that a bad future has been made. The aliens has caused a nuclear apocalypse and the human race are at a brink of extinction. Duke is tasked to be extracted to meet up with a group of surviving resistance fighters and find a way to fix all this mess that the aliens have created.

This stage is basically a rehash of the first level with a few paths blocked off while having a couple of new enemies. The apocalypse zombies, octobrains, and dropships. The zombies aren’t much of a threat other than just being slow moving bullet sponges that can harm you by touch. Just make sure you have a sawed-off shotgun so you can blow them away with one shot, or else you’ll be finding yourself exhausting your ammunition. The octobrains, on the other hand, are another enemy that can take a good punishment from your arsenal. As they fly around, they will shoot circle-trailed projectiles that can put in a lot of hurt and disorient your vision for a short time. They will also bite your muscle bound flesh if they get close, so make sure you keep your distance while filling them up with lead. There will be a few parts of the level where you’re gonna encounter dropships armed with machine guns and missiles, so make sure you have explosives that will make short work of them. If not, then you’re gonna have to riddle their hulls with bullets until they go down. The secrets and babes aren’t that hard to find if you’re feeling pretty adventurous.
