You have a personal responsibility to reflect God’s glory in your life and protect your testimony from being tarnished. If your life doesn’t honor God, He will not bless or increase you but, if your actions dishonor God, He will reduce you. Your actions should reflect His glory and he will reward and bless you publicly. This begins in the small, unseen moments when you remain faithful to Him. The Bible teaches that God is the one who increases or decreases, gives life or death, wounds or heals. You are called to show forth God's virtues, glory, and power. The consequences of sin are severe. Your personal testimony is your greatest treasure. God gives us examples of how we should walk and how not to walk. Sometimes you go through difficult times, and God rewards you for it. But make sure that the trial isn't caused by your own sin. Align your heart with God. Sin weakens your conscience, and repeated sin can cause it to die. When you feel guilt over a small sin, cure it and strengthen your conscience. A strong conscience enables you to understand God’s will and receive His blessings when you pray. Let you walk and grow in God.
