Hy everyone! In this restoration video, I restore this Fully Burned Water Pump.
The model name is API A8 PDSS
HP. 1.5 V220

Made in PAKISTAN
This is the water pump that I use on a regular basis at home. It was purchased a year ago. It wasn't quite as old as it was now, and it didn't rust as much. But its warranty had gone, and it was just burned, so I didn't spend too much time on it, just rewinding it and washing the parts. As a result, this video can also be referred to as a video on how to rewind a water pump.
What actually happened was that when I awoke early in the morning and returned home from rutain jogging the day before, I was greeted with awful news. My wife told me that there was an electric shock after you departed, and that when the water pump was running, I noticed smoke pouring out of it and that it caught fire with a loud explosion I was watching with the other kids, but I didn't dare to switch off the water pump. The entire house will be without power at the same moment. The water pump was completely destroyed by the fire. Due to the burning of the water pump, the breaker in the DP box tripped. The power was restored when I turned on the breaker, but I was upset. It was 7:00 a.m., and after breakfast, I began separating the pump from the bore. This task was completed quickly. It was eleven o'clock when I got it to my small workshop and began disassembling it. I had to travel to an electrical friend's shop to have the motor rewound. After cutting the brunt wires with the cutter, I removed them with pliers and numbered the set of wires so I could rewind using the Sam formula.
The two bearings on the motor router were in good working order and made no noise.
I assembled it after rewinding it, and then I ran and tested it.
