The Hearpeers Anniversary Concert: Alan’s Music Story

Описание: Hearpeers Mentor Alan from Australia grew up in a musical family, performing hits in a dance band with his three brothers. From becoming a solo entertainer to owning two music schools and a music shop, Alan’s life has always revolved around music. Since receiving his cochlear implant as an adult, he continues to play gigs and teach others.

In September 2025, Alan and eight other Hearpeers Mentors from around the world traveled to Innsbruck, Austria, to perform at the Hearpeers Anniversary Concert.

These hearing implant users took to the stage to showcase their musical talents, performing a range of genres, from Austrian folk music to self-composed Spanish rock ballads. The Hearpeers Anniversary Concert was a moving reminder of the life-changing potential of hearing implants.
