Ingredients:
Neckbones
Your Favorite BBQ Rub
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Apple Juice
Olive Oil spray
Steps To Smoke:
Before you start the process with your meat fire up your smoker and lock it in at 250 no higher than 275 degrees.
Step #1: Take neckbones out of pack clean them up and dry them off
Step #2: Put Neckbones in a pan and spray them with the oil and season with your favorite Rub(s) on all sides and put them on your smoker at 250 degrees (no higher than 275)
Step #3: Let you Neckbones Smoke until they get to 150 degrees at this point take them off the smoker and sauce them.
Step #4: Put your neckbones in a pan and add some apple juice or water and foil the pan up tight.
Step #5: Put the foiled pan of neckbones back on the smoker and allow to them to braise. This process will help get your meat extremely tender.
Step #6: Pull them off your smoker when they reach 165 degrees internal temperature and allow them to rest for 10-15 minutes then enjoy.
