• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce

🔥 PREPARATION STEPS
1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables – Wash and cut the eggplant into cubes, carrots into thin sticks, onion into wedges, sweet potato into chunks, tomatoes into quarters, bell peppers into strips, and zucchini into half-moons.
