SPECIFICATION
Marvela Tunnel Ironing System provides extra protection against viruses and bacterias on the clothes by the newly added disinfection unit.

First Disinfection Unit sprays and penetrates disinfection liquid to the garment homogeneously with the help of 8 atomized nozzles.

In the second unit (Steam Unit), with the help of 160 steam nozzles mounted mutually in the tunnel, dry or moist steam application is applied depending on the garment type.

In the third unit (Air Unit), disinfectant liquid and steam applied product is given 100°C hot air which results in destroying of viruses and complation of drying process.

In the fourth unit (Shock Cooling), disinfected and ironned garment passes through the shock cooling unit and the iron quality is increased.

If desired, the disinfected and ironed product is bagged in an automatic bagging machine without being touched by hand, isolated from the external environment and prepared for presentation to your customers in a sterile manner.

The Marvela disinfection unit can be used with optional ethanol-based disinfection material or hypochlorous acid-based disinfection materials with the help of the converting device (which converts the water and salt solution into hypochlorous acid).
