Описание: Richard Robinson is the Engineering Heritage Skills Initiative trainee at the North Bay Railway in Scarborough. In this video clip is raising steam in newly re-built 71/4" gauge locomotive 'Emily' so that the boiler inspector can test and approve the boiler. The EHSI project supports Richard in his one year traineeship at the railway who have kindly provided an engineering heritage skills placement for him.
