This is good in the fridge for up to a month! And once chilled ( See Below) can be portioned and frozen.
This sauce once in the jar needs to be left open and covered with a coffee filter to allow it to chill WITHOUT condensation gathering on the lid..if that happens water will drip in and SEPARATE the sauce!
