To Check SMB Protocol Enable-Disable Status Run below Command in Powershell:
For SMB2:
Get-SMBServerConfiguration | Select EnableSMB2Protocol
For SMB1:
Get-SMBServerConfiguration | Select EnableSMB1Protocol

To Enable SMB2 Protocol, Use Below Command in Powershell:
Set-SMBServerConfiguration -EnableSMB2Protocol $True

To Enable SMB1 Protocol, Use Below Command in Powershell:
Set-SMBServerConfiguration -EnableSMB1Protocol $True

To Disable SMB, Just use False at place of True.
