In the area I live, if you don't feel safe on the sidewalk then It's perfectly and 100% legal to be fully in the road on an electric scooter. Drivers are supposed to respect that and give you 3 feet of space when passing, and also allow you the right of way, as if you are on a bicycle. In today's HiBoy S2 Pro range test we get to witness a Karen in her natural habitat; one of the most entitled areas of the country! She's looking at her phone while pulling out of a turn, didn't even see me. Then blasts by me 6" away from my elbow. Then when I call her out on video she lays on her horn to prove she's right. Only to get to the stop light 10 seconds before me.
