Описание: This video introduces Brief Behavioral Treatment for Insomnia (BBTI), an evidence-based intervention to improve sleep. BBTI is based on behavioral change and focuses on simple behavioral practices to improve your sleep. Veterans should work with a VA provider to put these practices into action. A few brief sessions may be enough to significantly improve sleep. Talk with a VA provider for more information about treating insomnia.
