🧘🏽‍♀️This is the 2nd video in this new Reiki ASMR Series focusing on Stillness. In this session, I combine the calming sounds and visual triggers of ASMR, the gentle flow of Reiki energy, and the atmospheric frequencies of the MagHealy creating a quiet and calm space within for you let go into complete stillness. This session is intended to bring clarity and focus, all while helping you release anxiety and worry, and replacing them with flow and ease.

I incorporate soothing hand movements, plucking, soft brushing, and other immersive triggers to enhance your experience. Additionally, healing tones and binaural audio are included to help clear blockages and release stuck energy. Allow yourself to feel at ease, relax in a safe space, and sink into a peaceful state of mind. ✨
