Beautiful souls, this one's quite raw and personal for me.

We've just moved through the winter solstice, and I'm feeling called to share something deep about what's coming up for so many of us right now.

The night before my retreat, I was on my bleed with excruciating pain, and it took me right back to when I lost my virginity and haemorrhaged. All that shame we carry as women around our bleeds, around our bodies, around having to hide and push through when we should be resting and honouring ourselves.

I was in the bath, snotty tears and all, with Mary Magdalene holding my womb and Mother Mary holding my heart, and I just kept saying, "I've got you. I've got you."

Here's what I'm sensing: we're going through the deepest part of death for the rebirth. Everything that isn't aligned to unconditional love is coming up to be released. Our old patterns, attachments, the responsibilities we carry that aren't ours, the ways we sacrifice our inner peace to keep the peace.

2025 the year of the Snake - the shedding skin right down to our skeletal system. The truth sword is rising, showing us what isn't true, what isn't love. This is why everything feels so bloody chaotic right now.

But when you reframe it as "this is happening FOR me, not TO me," everything shifts. You move from victim to empowered. You become curious instead of panicked.

We're being called to get comfortable with the dark work, the shadow work, the void. To build inner safety so we can let go of the fear-based attachments that keep us stuck. To navigate through our hearts, trusting the unknown.

Your truth is love, joy, and peace. Everything else that comes up? It's purely happening for you to let go of.

For my fellow empaths: when we stop carrying everyone else's BS and responsibilities, we become the tipping point. They can't take responsibility if we're holding it for them. But you have to do the inner work of inner safety first.

Next year is the year of the horse—power, freedom, leading with the heart. We're purging everything that stops us getting on that horse and riding it to our freedom.

So honour this time. Honour your bleed if you're on it. Connect to the intelligence of your womb. Give yourself permission to rest, to feel, to release.

You're not alone in this. Your truth is unconditional love.
